Kim, In the 1860 Breckinridge census, James Howard is living next door to Robert Chambers. Robert has a daughter named Cornelia and she is 12yrs old. Is a good possibility that she is who you are looking for. Per James B. Howard's death certificate: B July 10, 1844 Breckinridge Co. D Oct 6, 1913 Ohio Co (death by suicide) Married but spouse's names were not listed on DCs at that time. Father: James M.
