I have my dad's Ohio County delayed birth certificate, with three affidavits, one by his father, Jasper Newton Cox, and two more -- one by his aunt Ella Smith Stewart and another Ohio County resident, J. H. Keown. It is dated May 6, 1959. It really helped me establish some dates I needed. My father went to school there a few months when the family was back home on a visit. The Ohio County School census record for 1916-1917 was also cited as evidence of how old he was. Thanks again for all you do!
