He married MARY ALICE ROWE 19 Oct 1873 in Ohio County, Kentucky, daughter of WILLIAM PHIPPS ROWE and EMALINE RENDER. She was born Nov 1852 in Ohio County, Kentucky. Children of LEWIS MORTON and MARY ROWE are: i. ERNIE MANSFIELD5 MORTON, b. Aug 1878, Ohio County, Kentucky; d. Nov 1942, Ohio County, Kentucky; m. MARY P. O'FLYNN, 1905, Ohio County, Kentucky; b. 1882, Daviess County, Kentucky; d. 1967, Ohio County, Kentucky. (Mary P. Flynn's parents are: FERDINAND O'FLYNN 1854 - 1929 and RACHEL ELIZABETH "LIZZIE" HALEY 1858 - 1924.) ii. NANCY E. MORTON, b. Apr 1885, Ohio County, Kentucky; m. DR. LUTHER G.
