Goff b.2-1-1846 d.8-01-1865=son of william and Polly Green as for who signed the death cerf, it was Virgil Goff. I have copy of Issac and Polly marriage reg. and you are right things are very confussing when it comes to researching.I'm sure some thing I have are wrong.
