Sallie Shultz is Amanda's sister. In a book that I have entitled "Matthias Shultz and His Descendants", p. 46, it states "Sally M.,(being the fourth child of Nathaniel Shultz) born about 1858. She never married, but lived with her sister, Amanda. (Amanda was Nathaniel's first child) She had six children, the father of whom is reported to have been Amanda's husband, Joseph Jones.
