Hi list, I am still searching for my TURNER's in Kentucky. If anyone has access to any court records that can give me a clue what to ask for as far as correct names and dates so I can send off for a death or birth certificate I sure would appreciate it. I have never ran into a stump like this one. It is a bigger stump than I have in my front yard....just can't seem to get rid of it. My famous TURNER's are my g grandmother, Antha (Anthy) TURNER maiden name HAZEL, who was born abt. May 1875 in Warren County Kentucky. Lived in McHenry Ohio County Kentucky and died in Ohio County Kentucky. She was also found living with her Mom and stepdad and brother in Green Castle Warren County Kentucky at age 3. I am trying to locate a death date on her. She had funeral services held at the Methodist Church in Goshen in Ohio County Kentucky. I believe that she had to died after 1942. Her husband, my g grandfather Galey (Gaylon) TURNER was born about Oct. 1870 in Warren County Kentucky. I have NO information on him or his side of the family. It is believed he died way before Antha did. They are both buried at the Goshen Cemetery in Ohio County Kentucky across from the Methodist Church. Although they had gotten buried off the Cemetery boundaries for reasons unknown and are buried down a gully with markers. I was told by the lady that is in charge of that cemetery that it has been weed eated for a couple of years now since her son found the markers. Her son mows the lawn and takes care of the cemetery. If anyone can get me some names on the markers or dates on him I would greatly appreciate it. If anyone lives close enough I can give you the ladies name who is in charge and she can tell you exactly where to go and look. Once I am told that those TURNER graves are taken care of I will send a donation to her for maintenance. Also if I can get some correct names and dates on those markers then I can send off for records to put in my files. SOOOOOO is there anyone out there brave enough to take on my request? Pretty Please??? ;) God Bless Pam
