It makes little sense to move a small cemetery plot for an industrial park. All over the world cemeteries have been protected and preserved. Entire cities and extensive military reservations have been built around cemetery plots without destroying them. Three soldiers who fought for Kentucky and the United States are buried in the cemetery. All it would take to preserve it would be several hundred feet of chain link fence wire. My thoughts.
