(in most cases I would try to walk them thu it. This morning, got to playing around and found another way to do it...it seems to work for up to four levels. (1) Make up a chart. (2) Print it out (3) Scan the print-out and save it as a picture in JPG FORMAT and put it in your holding file (4) Make email, insert the picture into the email like you would any picture or by COPY AND PASTE route.
