Mrs. Kelley was born in Rosine, KY, March 25, 1926, was a member of Tabernacle of Praise Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Kelley. Survived by 3 daughters, and sons-in-law, Mariel and Paul Winters, Darla and Mike Coberly and Gail Smith; son and daughter-in-law, Landiel C. and Debbie Kelley; grandchildren, Todd Hoskins, Malaina Davis, Jason Kelley, Melissa Kelley, Johny Hoskins, Beth Lemanski and Seth Smith; sister, Lucille Kelley and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral service 1:00 P.M. October 16, 2007 at the Tabernacle of Praise Church, 4285 State Route 40, Tipp City, OH. Pastor Todd Hoskins officiating. Interment Bethel Cemetery, Phillipsburg, OH.
