Maybe the family went to SE KY & came back to Ohio Co. before 1900 census ??? OR maybe they just got it wrong when they filled out his draft card in Florida. Or maybe WM.B. father of Barrett went to SE Ky and got married there about 1894 had son Barrett and then came to Ohio Co. before 1900. Enough Maybes !!!! Laurel County is next to Knox Co. which is next to Bell Co. N, up US HWY 25 to Corbin and then N. up I-75 to London which is Laurel Co. Spent a little work time there years ago. Well, thank you, I was wondering if there may be another reason Cicero A.
