His wife, Mary M. Haynes b. June 1829 KY, seems to be the brick wall. The 1880 census says both of Mary's parents were born KY; the 1900 census says her father was b. VA and mother b. TN. The 1897 death date belonged to JAMES DINKARD ARBUCKLE father who had the same name. As for the nephew ROSCO 1910, feel the census taker goofed in putting his last name as Arbuckle as it should have been PETERS, child of his sister ANNIE and CHARLEY PETERS. Can anyone confirm this?
