Hi, I am still searching for a connection to my Milton Bledsoe Hopkins. I know he moved with his mother Jane to Rush Co, IN. With the help of a wonderful lady, Sharleen, I have a clue and a possible connection to the ALEXANDER surname. 1. Does anyone on the list have information about a Jane Alexander born about 1760 - 1780? 2. Does anyone have a Jane Alexander that may have married a Peters in Rush Co. IN or in Nicholas Co. KY then moved to Rush Co. IN.? 3. Does anyone have information on David Peters born in NJ approx. 1768 ? What I know: I know Milton's mother Jane remarried a farmer after husband Joseph passed away. Milton's Mother's name at her death was 'Jane PETERS'. On the Rush Co. IN Census for 1850 there is: David Peters age 82, NJ, farmer and wife Jane (Alexander) age 61 KY and son Abraham Alexander age 18 IN. On the Rush Co. IN census for 1840: David Peters, 1 male (70-80) 1 male (5-10) 1 female (50-60) Thank you for any help or information that may help me make a connection to my Milton Bledsoe HOPKINS. Carolyn
