I am searching for information on William Tolliver who lived in Nicholas County according to the 1900 census. His wife was listed as Louisa (?)(writing was faint). Children were Arthur, Herbert, Early, and Robert. He also had a neice, Catherine, staying with him at this time. William was 36 years old and Louisa was 34. This was at Buzzards Roost.
