    3. Joyle, I currently have on loan from LDS the microfilms of Nicholas County Will Books 1800 - 1839 and other court records 1818-1846. I happened to make a few notes on the Roberts family because of another list member who was looking for a Roberts. While I'm not sure that I have anything of genealogical significance, these are the notes I took: At the estate sale of Robert McDowel, June 1811, purchases were made by John Roberts and Henly ROberts. Henly Roberts witnessed a will for Daniel Cassady in 1814 and acted as security in the administration of that will. The estate of Redding Roberts was settled in 1827. The sale bill of that estate, dated 27 Jun 1827, showed many purchases by H. Roberts and also some by N. ROberts, and John Roberts. The administratix of Redding Roberts estate was Isabella Roberts. Thats all I have, but the next time I get to the LDS center I'll check again, I have use of the films for another month.
