I think there might have been KINNEY'S SE OF MILLERSBURG IN BOURBON CO early [?] And watch the county line changes. I think the Lower Blue Licks fell into Robertson Co,1860's to present. Likely not all the area covered by the Lower Blue Licks post office,though.if there was one.
