Hi Jeannie, Frank K. Leggett was my father, he was b. in Bourbon, Co.(?) Dec 21, 1908 and died in Greene, Co, Ohio on Aug. 10, 1982. My grandmother was Effie Belle Snowden b. Dec. 25, 1875 Ky and d. Oct.14, 1962 in Montgomery, Co. Ohio. Is this any help ??????
