Some options are: E-mail > ncpl@kih.net; that is the Nicholas County Library. Duty librarian will be able to put you in touch with a concerned soul. Call Joan Conley, editor of NCHS newsletter, at (606) 289-5402. Write NCHS, P. O. Box 222, Carlisle, KY 40311. Visit the above library on Broadway across street from courthouse, and about 30 yards down the street from Conley & Conley Attorneys (cousins). Sherry Howard, local genealogist & workhorse for NCHS, works at Conley & Conley. Sherry also has a key to the NCHS museum where most society records reside. The library is rich with all those bits of info desired by those addicted to genealogy.
