She was b in Ky., but it doesn't mention any other birth places for the kids. Is this a daughter of Susannah from a previous marriage? This Susannah surely wasn't his 1st wife... she's too young for him. There are other Wells... a guy named Anderson age 19, who is a coalminer, living with a bunch of guys, born in VA, and John Wells, Jr. It did say he was 20 or 21, but a 3 is over the 2. He's a millwright, b in KY., with wife, Sarah 21, and dau Mary age 1. AND, on down the census, there is a Harmon Barnett, 24, married to Eleanor, 20, and their 1st son, age 3, is Nixon! This just has to be his daughter who named her son after her father.
