Apr. 3, 1787 NC. died Sep. 14, 1823 Nicholas KY.John Martin Speegle Jr. b. Apr. 21 1771 married Ann Mary Lentz Aug. 18, 1805 NC. She later mariried his brother Daniel Speegle and lived in Alabama. John lived with his sister Catherine and died in Nicholas KY. Any information on Speegles will help, no matter how it is spelt they are all kin.     3. Doesn't the Nicholas Co Historical Society still sell their Nicholas Co History book? Their address is Nicholas Co Historical Society, PO Box 222, Carlisle, KY 40311. If you are on this list you no doubt have an interest in Nicholas County--their Society dues are low and their Newsletter makes interesting reading. If you are wanting to order the book by mail it ought to be easier to contact the Society directly--their price includes mailing.
