Hi Mary, David married in Perry Co. In. in 1825, so his parents names won't be listed. Plus, in 1802 when he was born, they only listed head of household on the census. So, what now? I'm thinking that maybe the surname was changed. I'm just at my wits end! Thanks for the help! PS: When I went Nelson Co, the genealogist at the Brown-Pussey House said that the May's in Nelson or Hardin Co, did not match up with my David. Hey, here's a light bulb moment! Maybe the BIRTHDATE for David is wrong!?! I just took what was on Rootsweb. That can be inaccurate at best. What do you think? Cindy
