Stationary Engr is more likely associated with boilers, furnaces, elevators, indoor air compressors etc......i.e. things that are stationary and require an engineer in attenance.... As opposed to Civil Engineer working with roads, bridges etc: or Structural Engineer working with construction or modification of buildings..... Hal
