According to my records a Sarah Howard daughter of William Howard and Sarah Smith, married a Frances Xavier Spinks and their daughter Ann "Nancy Spinks married Edward Burch. I don't have a William Spinks married to a Sarah Howard. As far as I know John Baptist Howard did not have a father named William Howard, but at this time we don't know who the father is of John Baptist Howard. Did her father have a brother named William, who married Sarah SPINKS. My Spinks family was in Washington Co., KY about 1799 or earlier, and Sarah Howard Spinks husband, William Spinks, was dead by this time, but, they also had a son named William Spinks, as well as a daughter Ann Spinks, who married Edward BURCH.
