There isn't any thing about the event you are mentioning. Thomas H. Talbott was Clerk of the Circuit Court in 1857. Could not find a Cem listing for him in the Cem Books of Nelson Co. You might try a search of the Cems in the Chattanooga area on yahoo or google & come up with a name of the cem. OR try the rootsweb site for the Co in which Chattanooga is located--maybe there is Cem listings along with a transcription of stones. You never know what you can find until you search for it.
