This is a message I just sent to a correspondent regarding subscribing to the Nelson County Genealogist. Those of you who do not subscribe to the Genealogist and who do not make use of this organization's website are missing a great source for research on Nelson Co. In fact, it's almost a waste to think you have this available so easily and do not use it. The website will tell you how to subscribe and will list all the publications that are available from this VERY FINE group. I've forgotten the cost, maybe $12-15. You really need to get the Nelson Co. Genealogical Roundtable website bookmarked so that you can see all the useful information there. They even have some family histories on the site.
