Jerry, can't really answer ypour query re: Will Hynes.....but be advised that in that time frame there was an Andrew Hynes that was a merchant, banker, land owner, and all around public person whom many Nelson Co folks named there children after...My wife has a Robert Hynes Linder in her line that was from Nelson County....take a quick search for Andrew Hynes and perhaps his data will answer your question..there were several brothers to Andrew and his children and their children as well......
