Trees on rootsweb.com gives Charles Younger with at least 4 wives-- one of them being Sarah Purcell. Another wife was a Hatfield "of the feuding Hatfields of W Va & Ky" (which was much later!!!) Check them out & take with a grain of salt until you prove the data!!! We are tossing out all these names & very few dates. I ASSUME Daniel Purcell b ca 1730-40 since he was in the Indian Wars pre-dating the Rev War/Rev War?? I ASSUME Dennis, James Jr & Thomas Purcell b ca 1750-60? to be in Jefferson/Nelson Co by 1784. Haven't seen any Rev War service for them yet- so MAY not have served???) I ASSUME Charles Younger b ca 177-ish??? (next gen down) because son Cole b 1810 (d 1916 Mo- was one of the youngest sons).
