Does anyone have Volume 5 of Littells Laws for Kentucky... Need information in Volume 5, page 357, referring to John CARTER... I just looked at index (all I have) and it shows Vol 4 pg 148 John Carter charged with murder of James Miller, Vol 5 pg 357 John Carter deceased; commissioners authorized to sell lands. under Miller, James Vol 4, 148, John Carter charged with his murder, escaped jail and was apprehended. I suppose you could get the actual volumes on a library loan.I do not think they are on line.
