Hello Anne, I would llike to add the following please: For Wilson Flick and Rebecca Shaw, I have the child Luellen born Aug 1854 as a girl. Also I would like to add for Wilson Flick the following citation from Bullitt County Will Book C, page 341, on the 29 February 1844 "...rented the farm of deceased {George Green} for the year of 1844 to Wilson Flick for the sum of fifteen dollars and took his note with Elias Hatfield, Coleman Bridwell and Wm S. Shaw security payable 29 February 1845." Filed 18 March 1844. This seems important in the question about Wilson Flick/Flake and Wilson Hatfield being the same person. Wilson Flick/Flake married Rebecca Shaw, daughter of William Shaw, on 15 February 1844. And here we have William Shaw standing security for Wilson Flick in February of that same year. I also have the death certificate of George Washington Hatfield (1846-1922) which lists his mother as Rebecca Shaw and his father as Max Hatfield. The informant was George Hatfield's son-in-law Alex Riley.
