This certainly brought tears to my eyes. It hasn't been so long ago that I did this. I didn't have a daughter but a sister-in-law that didn't understand. I had my choice of little things to bring home that made no sense to her. My brother understood. The hose had sat empty for a year but I went there often to 'collect' myself and to remember. And now I can do that as I look at my collection of things, strange tho they are to anyone else.
