Jean. I hate to send you on a wild goose chase but. I found a Davis family in Christian CO with a connection to Bedford CO Tn. HENRY EBLING, a young business man of Hopkinsville, and World War veteran, is a son of John H. and Parilee (Davis) Ebbing. His grandfather was William Ebbing, and his great-grandfather, Henry Ebbing, of North Carolina. His maternal grandfather was William E. Davis, who was a son of Thomas Davis. William E. Davis was a soldier of the Mexican War from Tennessee, and afterwards was in the Confederate Army, coming to Christian County, near Haley's Mill. Henry Ebling was born in Christian County, Kentucky, January 3, 1896, and was educated in the county schools. He was a soldier in the World War, and after the war went into business in Hopkinsville, and is now conducting a store for electric and automobile supplies. Mr. Ebbing was married December 28, 1928, to Miss Myrtle A. Yancey, of Christian County. I found William mentioned in this biography in Bedford CO Tn. _____ From: KYMUHLEN-D-request@rootsweb.com [mailto:KYMUHLEN-D-request@rootsweb.com] Sent: Wednesday, March 23, 2005 8:00 AM To: KYMUHLEN-D@rootsweb.com Subject: KYMUHLEN-D Digest V05 #30
