Debbie, I saw that you have a book with detailed census information. Where would I find this? thanks *paulette* in Sunny Florida researching: Tanner-Wilkins-Newton-Glover SC,NC,KY,MO,ILL
Paulette: I don't have a book. I have Family Tree Maker's Family Archives Census Microfilm Records: Kentucky, 1850, CD #303. You either have to use Family Tree Maker and have it open when you view their CDs, or you have to buy a special CD they sell that allows you to view their CDs. I think it cost about $30.00. It's better than a book because you can view the actual census images and can decide for yourself, spellings, ages, etc. Details can be found on FTM's website, where you can also order the CD. I use mine weekly, plus other 1850 census I have purchased from them for Indiana, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Can't wait for Missouri to be ready!
