Jean Wells, I certainly do appreciate this cemetery information on some of the children of David Robertson and Rachel Dennis of Muhlenberg Co. KY. I neglected to say in another message that Permelia Jane (Campbell) Roberterson-Robinson was b. 16 Sep 1804 in Muhlenberg Co. KY and died 03 Jul 1855 in or near Gonzales, Gonzales Co. Texas. Gonzales Texas is one of the oldest towns in Texas & has an active historical society, however they have no record of the death and burial of Permelia Jane Robertson-Robinson. Their historian told me most likely she was buried on the land where the family was living at that time, which was the custom of that day. James William Robertson-Robinson was b. 29 Sep 1802 in Muhlenberg Co. KY and killed by a runaway horse 30 Sep 1858 between Candlish and Berclair, then Goliad (now Bee Co.) Texas. By the time William was found they had to bury him under a large Live Oak tree at the site. I will post information about their 6 children at a later date. Again, thank all of you that have been so much help to me. I am not familiar with either of these cemeteries so have copied the location of the cemetery as Mrs. Hammers has it in her books.
