There is a marriage in Mercer Co. which may fit. Rita's info says her George Sanford married in Ky. It may be worth sending for the wedding records from Mercer Co.. How sure are you of Georges death? Marriage Mercer Co., KY: Bohon, Tilly to George W. Sanford on 10 FEB 1825 Iwas unable to locate him the the 1850 Census. So this marriage may fit. Does anyone have access to death records in Muhlenberg Co., KY. I have at least 3 deceased Kirby's there but am unable to locate them.
