    3. The Rhoads Family Association learned recently that the original Bible of our ancestor, Captain Henry Rhoads, which had for the past several years been in the possession of a non relative was lost in the flood waters resulting from Hurricane Katrina down in Louisiana. It is a very sad thing because that original Bible which contained the list of Capt. Henry's entire family written in the Bible by Captain Henry himself. It had survived over 200 years but now is gone forever. So sad. Jean Rhoads Camas Long Island, NY
