Hi everyone! I just have a few things to tell you all that are new on the Morgan Co. page. I have updated the pictures site with new photos of the Hamilton's, Oney, Steeles, and Cantrells and also of the Caney School. I have finally put the1852 deaths online. Hooray! I still will be working on the Lyons Vital Statistics Volumes 1-5 of births, deaths, and marriages and trying to add them online as my time permits. But being 8 1/2 months pregnant with my third child, preparing my 5 year old for kindergarten and taking care of my 2 1/2 year old, my time is not as available for "Mommy things" as I would like. But I am dedicated to getting these Lyons Volumes Online. Thanks for bearing with me while I work on them. Within the next few weeks, I will be placing online GenConnect Boards where you can post Bible Records, Deeds, Pension Records, and Wills. These boards are just like the query, bio and obit boards that are online now. As of August 14-25, the Assistant Coordinator for Morgan Co., Ann Lemaster-Applegate is fully in charge of the website while I take a much needed vacation. I will be going to southeastern Ohio to visit my grandparents. While I am there, I plan to take my grandfather on our annual summer trip to Morgan Co. and do some research and take pictures to add to the page. If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to Ann during this time period. I will be in touch with her during my vacation and hope to meet up with her somewhere.
