Seeing Laura's question about RAMEY reminded me to ask if anyone researching RAMEY has run across a HAMILTON connection? My great-great grandfather was Richard Ramey HAMILTON, born 06 Dec 1851, son of Samuel L. HAMILTON and Cynthia HILL. He married 15 Dec 1881 to Miranda S. ELAM, daughter of James S. ELAM and Mary HOWERTON. With the Ramey as a middle name, figure there had to be a RAMEY-HAMILTON marriage somewhere. Anybody?
