KY according to the birth record of their daughter Mary Jane born 14 Apr 1861 in Rowan Co., but in West Virginia according to the marriage record of their son John C. Mason "Mace" FRALEY. I would put more credence on Mary's birth record, since her parents were the ones supplying the information (also West Virginia didn't even exist at the time!) This might give a clue as to where to find other Morgan Co. FRALEY families in the 1820's.
