Our Braxton Brown was born 1791 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, married 13 Oct. 1819 in Pittsylvania to Rebecca Donnelson (1803-bef 1870), daughter of Richard Donnelson. Their son, Morgan Brown born May 1835 in Va., married Nancy Hammons (born 1-1842) on 29 May 1860 in Morgan County, Kentucky. Their son, Green Berry born 29 Feb 1861 in Ky., married 4 Dec 1882 at Frenchburg, Menifee County, Ky., to Mary Etta Sorrell (1865-1949) She was the daughter of Joshua F. Sorrell and Millie Jane Igo. Then our grandmother Lizzie Jane Brown 1883 Morgan Co., Ky., died 20 Mar 1967 in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio. She was married to Anderson Curtis Hughes. Thanks Betty
