Last November I made my first trip to Kentucky. I was pleased to find out that a Civil War monument had recently been placed on my great grandfathers grave, William Bond. A new road was built to get the monument in and sadly it had rain (muddy) so much that I couldn't get in to see the graves. I would appreciate any information on the Dingus area. William Bond and wife and a few others are buried in the CONLEY Cemetery at Dingus Ky. His descendants that built the new road and had the monument brought are CONLEY, DANIELS AND COX. I am hoping someone might have pictures or knowledge of the cemetery. The new road leading back to the cemetery is across the street from the CONLEY STORE in what was once Dingus. Williams mother Rebecca Elam Bond is buried there. Her parents are Nimrod Elam and and Mary Polly Easterling.
