Hello, There are 13 Adams families in the 1850 Morgan Co Census. I will tell you the head of household and you tell me what you are interested in. Allen Adams 39 and wife Eliza 39 with nine kids and probably his mom Rebecca Adams 78 all from NC. Gilbert Adams 27 with wife America 23 and 3 kids. No birth place listed. Richmond Adams 29 Ky with Susan 50 NC and five children one of whom was Harrison Brown age 12. Samuel J Adams 25 Ky with Mahala 20 Ky and two children. Charles T Adams 31 Va and Elizabeth Adams no age or place. Simpson Adams 10 lived in the home of James F Amyx and Nycha. Jackson Adams 31 Ky with Latha 21 Ky and 7 children. I would guess that Latha was second wife and that the first four were by the first wife. They are 12, 10, 8, and 6. Lott Adams 33 Ky with Rebecca 26 and five children. William Adams 47 NC with 5 children born in Ky, also listed were Stephen Adams 70 NC, Mary Adams 75 NC and Lewis Lane 35 tanner from Va. I think I am related to this Stephen Adams his daughter Anney married George Cress/Crase/Crace and my mom was a Crase related to this bunch. Solomon Adams 16 lived in the home of Asa Dunn and Eliza. William Adams (constable) 47 NC with Rachael 43 Va and two children. Matthew Adams (brick mason) 45 NC with Mary 41 Va and four children. This is all the Adams in Morgan in 1850. Hope this helps.
