I am not fully familiar with the camping facilities at each - but you might try the Greenbo lake area or the Carter Caves park area. At the Jenny Wiley Park area - one can stay a night - lake side at a turn out on the road around the lake - FOR FREE. I did this in 2001 and saw dozens of others at the numerous "turn outs" along the way. Of, course there are no connections or dump tank for a travel trailer - but it was a no hassle stop for an overnight. There was even a charcoal grill. I experienced the most wonderful foggy full moon shining over the lake between two mountains on that evening. If you have too big a rig - I'm not sure what the park rangers would say. I would suggest - just park - don't make a big layout and spend the evening - GREAT PRICE.
