I don't have any info on Miss Auxier but did find the following in my files: Joseph Lewis (son of Daniel P. Lewis & Peggy Day) was killed by 3 of Thomas "Suppiner" Lewis' boys: David, Amos & Alvin. As a witness they bribed him to leave but when he came back they killed him and covered the body with rocks. David served time. Amos ran away and did not return, Alvin was free because of his age.
