I also thought that while responding to all the letters, later genealogist will find us in the archives of the list. That way you can connect to more family. I didn't realize there was a rule, not to respond to posters. I know if you develop problems with other posters, that rootsweb expects you to report it to the administrator, and if nothing comes to it, rootsweb itself. If it is against rules for us all to respond on list, maybe the administrator will send out the rules to all on the list. The list is "owned" by the administrator, correct?
