    1. [KYMORGAN] Brickwall - Elias Patrick
    2. I sure do need some help here. If I get what I want, I'll have my Patrick family line all tied up and set for life. Elias Patrick was born between 1775 and 1794 according to census records in Floyd County. He married Mary Wilson, a sister to the Charlotte Wilson who married I believe Reubin Patrick. According to the 1820 and 1830 census Elias and Mary had two sons and three daughters. Elias committed suicide in 1829, so in 1830 and 1840, Mary was head of household. They always lived within spitting distance of the Coffee families. Of all the Patricks in Floyd and Bath Counties in 1820, only two of those families wound up in Morgan County when it was formed, namely Rueben Patrick and the widow Mary Patrick. My 3x great grandparents Samuel and Emilee Coffee Patrick married in Morgan County in 1832. They lived quite close to Rueben Patrick, Mary Patrick, and the Coffee's in 1840. The 1820 Floyd County census and the Morgan County census of 1830 show that Rueben and Mary each had two sons in the age category to have been my Samuel Patrick. In 1840, they each had one son in the age category. I find that Rueben did have a son Samuel, but that Samuel was born the same year my Samuel got married. What choice do I have left?? Of the five children evidently born to Elias and Mary, I find only three names; Bryce, Priscilla, and Rebecca. Can someone out there please give me the names of the other two? And hopefully one name will be Samuel!!!!!! I'm going to post this on several lists, so if you see it again, just delete all but one of them. Thanks.
