Then in 1860 Louisa is shown, but notice that Julia and Perry Baldwin are living with them so I would guess that Eliza/Louisa are the same person. This information came from E.P. Ellsbury's books of Johnson County marriages. I don't have anything on this Amick line to help determine who's who. I did look on the internet on this family and found mention of Melvina Amicks marriage to both James O'Dell and Dial Maddox on the same web page. But they have her married to James O'Dell on the same day that Ellsbury has her marrying Dial Maddox.
