I have been searching for my elusive JESSE CLAPTON for several years with little success. He was born abt. 1819/20 in KY and was married in Brown Co., IN to Maria Followell in 1840. They were divorced in 1853. I can't find him in 1860, but might have found him in Lawrence Co., IN in 1870 and in the following household in Montgomery Co., KY in 1880.
