I am looking for information on the ancestors of Cecilia Cockeral (Cockrell) b. ca 1799 in Montgomery County married Jacob Hainline 18 April 1818 in Montgomery County. Son Hiram R. Hainline was born 1825 in Montgomery County. Information from McDonough County, Illinois where Cecilia and Jacob settled indicates that her father's name was John Cockerel (Cockrell) and her mother's name Nancy. She supposedly has a relationship to Senator (General) Francis Marion Cockrell of Missouri. Flora Powell Cockerel married George Washington Hainline a brother of Jacob.
