Carol-- Willard Jillson did several books listing the state records for military, land grants, appeals court, etc. One is a 2 volume set & the other just one fat volume. They are available in many libraries. Donna Does KY have any land records like the Land that would have been given to someone due to Military Service in the Am Rev War? If so, where can I find these?
