Sharlene, Jacob Coons (b 1740, Culpeper Co, VA; d 22 Sep 1807, Montgomery Co, KY) and his wife, Elizabeth Hanback are my wife's direct ancestors. Elizabeth died in Oct 1793. Jacob remarried in 1793-1794 to Letitia Kemper (1762-1845). I do not know who the Nancy Coons is who is also on the list. A Jacob Coons is also identified as representing the Mt. Sterling Baptist Church in 1804 at the Northern Kentucky United Baptist Church Association Meeting.
