Unfortunately the Kentucky census for 1800 was destroyed. You'll have to go by the Montgomery Co tax lists. Many libraries have them on microfilm. Ancestry.com uses the 1800 tax list in lieu of the census for KY. It does show a John Myers on the 1800 tax list for Montgomery Co. If you check each year after 1800 in a library, you could probably pinpoint the year John moved to Nicholas Co.
